  1. Hello,
My individually-designed made-to-measure wooden garage doors, containing 3 inches of polyisocyanurate insulation, have been hit by a guest’s car. I’m not sure yet whether it will be covered by my house insurance or the guest’s car insurance. I’m not sure yet whether they can be repaired. Can you give me an idea of replacement cost? —— Large Internal Single Garage. Aperture has original internal frame approx 7 foot wide by 6 foot 6 inches high, and newer external frame for current doors approx 7 foot wide by 6 foot 7 1/2 inches high. House is very fully insulated, so important to me to have same level of insulation in new doors. No need for powered or remote opening. Current design has one wide door plus one narrower door for person-only access, but this not essential.
