Delivery and Installation
When you order wooden garage doors through us we will provide delivery and installation as a part of the cost. To qualify for delivery and installation you need to fulfil the requirements below.
We are also happy to simply deliver the doors, although this may incur a charge depending on the location of the delivery. It may also be possible for you to arrange to collect your completed door from our depot.
For delivery to be achieved successfully you must ensure that following requirements have been met:
- You must provide us with your name and telephone number as well as a full address and postcode
- You must be available at the agreed delivery time to sign a proof of delivery
- There must be access available to the property for a large lorry. This needs to take into consideration factors in the surrounding area including any roads of weight or height restrictions
It is your responsibility to ensure that delivery can be achieved and that requirements above are met. The delivery driver may cancel the delivery if they believe it is not possible to access the property. You would then need to arrange an alternative route and pay for re-delivery.
